Ari South

Ariyaphon Southiphong is one of Hawaii’s most recognized young fashion designers.  She gained national recognition as a designer on season 8 of Project Runway and seasons 3 and 6 of Project Runway All Stars.  Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, the Ari South brand began with three humble collections: the One Hānau Collection showcasing original prints inspired by her birth sands, the Huakaʻi Collection featuring hand-picked fabrics inspired by her travels, and the Palaka Collection paying homage to the vintage trend rooted in history.  Born a natural crafter with an affinity for working with her hands, Ari enjoys hobbies like dancing hula and weaving during her time away from the factory.  As of today she has extended her factory's manufacturing capabilities to a mask collection to offer protection during the COVID-19 pandemic.  She also hopes to debut a swim and home collection during the Winter Swell of 2020.
