Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges
Our flat rate shipping fee is $10. You will receive an order confirmation email or text once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is processed. Please allow one business week for orders to be processed before shipping.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Our items are ALL SALES FINAL, with the exception of exchanges for another size or a web store credit. We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order. If you are unsatisfied with your item, or would like to request an order cancellation or return, please email us at email@example.com. Be sure to include your name and order number, and a member of our team will be in touch to notify you if we will be able to accept the special request.
Merchandise can be exchanged for another size or web store credit should you need to replace a damaged item or need a different size within 2 weeks of order delivery. We do not cover return or exchange shipping fees, so a $10 shipping fee invoice will need to be completed before new items are sent. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to request an exchange, and include your name and order number. Please do not send back any items before emailing or communicating with one of our team members.
*Please make sure to email email@example.com before returning or exchanging items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive a return or exchange without prior communication and confirmation.
*Due to the nature of the product, all masks, filters, and swimsuits are ALL SALES FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned.
