Our flat rate shipping fee is $10. You will receive an order confirmation email or text once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is processed. Please allow one business week for orders to be processed before shipping.

Our items are ALL SALES FINAL, with the exception of exchanges for another size or a web store credit. We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order. If you are unsatisfied with your item, or would like to request a an order cancellation or return, please email us at shop@arisouth.com. Be  sure to include your name and order number, and a member of our team will be in touch to notify you if we will be able to accept the special request.

Merchandise can be exchanged for another size or web store credit should you need to replace a damaged item or need a different size. We do not cover return or exchange shipping fees. Email us at shop@arisouth.com if you would like to request an exchange, and include your name and order number.
